Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nova Pet Goods. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 3–11 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. Please note that processing time (1–3 business days) is separate from shipping time, so please allow for both when estimating arrival.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll help.

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, high-demand periods, or postal delays. We appreciate your patience if this happens. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please reach out and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reship or refund orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, so please make sure your details are correct before completing your purchase.
